Plot capacity, massing and sunlight in minutes
ResidentAI Studio fetches the plot from Polish GIS services, lays out buildings, roads and parking, checks sunlight (WT § 60) and overshadowing (WT § 13), and the optimiser searches for the variants with the largest usable floor area.

Studio is a Windows application, not a web page. All computation, projects and exports are made and stay on your disk.
Projects never leave your PC
Plots, variants, drawings and client data are not sent to our server. There is nothing to steal from a cloud or share by mistake.
Client confidentiality and GDPR
Less data outside the office makes GDPR and client contracts simpler. You protect the files like the rest of your documents: backups and Windows permissions.
The server only knows the licence
Only the login, the licence state and a hash of the computer's id reach the server. The password is stored as a hash nobody can read; e-mail and practice name are encrypted.
Works offline
After logging in the program works up to 7 days without a connection. Internet is needed for plot data (GIS) and to renew the licence.

The installer brings the geometry engine (Blender) and everything else the program needs; nothing to install separately. macOS and Linux: not yet.
